Colin O’Neal
President/Owner
Colin is a proven leader and mentor to countless individuals in a variety of different industries over his 18-year management career, since graduating from Purdue University in 2007. Colin’s enthusiasm, creativity, and work ethic make him stand out from others in the golf industry, where proven results have been consistent across all properties he has managed with the companies, ‘Applied Golf’, ‘Cohoat and O’Neal Management’, and ‘O’Neal Golf Management’.
Colin began his golf industry career back in September 2014, where he worked over the course of three golf seasons with Applied Golf (based in New Jersey). His experience with Applied Golf included 2 years as General Manager for an 18-hole Semi-Private operation in Western Massachusetts. His biggest accomplishments with Applied Golf included increased sales in Golf Membership, Outing and Banquet Business, Community Involvement/Sponsorship, and hosting State and National Golf Tournaments for all age groups. Colin is a graduate of Carmel H.S. (’03) and Purdue University (’07, B.S. Sales Management). During Colin’s time at Purdue, he was involved in the growth of his Major (Sales Management). His involvement in Pi Sigma Epsilon, a National Sales Fraternity (Events Chair-2006-2007), Purdue’s Corporate Sponsorship Program (Team Leader), and Purdue’s Regional Sales Team all assisted to the growth in numbers to the School and provided new opportunities for future students in this Major. Colin was selected by his professors to be a Teaching Assistant in several different sales and management courses.
Colin is a graduate of Carmel High School (’03) and Purdue University (’07, B.S. Sales Management). During Colin’s time at Purdue University, he was involved in the growth of his Major (Sales Management). His involvement in Pi Sigma Epsilon, a National Sales Fraternity (Events Chair-2006-2007), Purdue’s Corporate Sponsorship Program (Team Leader), and Purdue’s Regional Sales Team all assisted to the growth in numbers to the School and provided new opportunities for future students in this Major. Colin was selected by his Professors to be a Teaching Assistant in a number of different sales and management courses.
Colin’s playing career includes All-Conference (MIC, Carmel H.S. 2002), IHSAA State Championship contestant (Carmel H.S. 2002 & 2003), Indiana State Amateur Championship contestant (2012 & 2013), and Wood Wind Club Champion (2011 & 2012). Colin’s primary business objective is to promote the Game of Golf within local markets and preserving and growing Golf Operations in Indiana. Colin and his wife, Shelby, are the proud parents of Magnolia Willow O’Neal (born August 6, 2020), Etta Louise O’Neal (born March 3, 2023), and Florence Higgins O’Neal (born October 12, 2024).

John “Doc” O’Neal
Owner, O'Neal Golf Management
Doc is a lifelong resident of Carmel, IN. Doc has been around golf all his life and has played at every level of competitive golf. Doc has been involved in the golf industry business dating back to 1996 with the establishment of The Golf Preserve, rated as one of the top 5 practice golf facilities in the United States and complimented with a 9-hole executive course.
In September of 2003, Doc, along with his two partners opened The Bridgewater Club, a high-end private golf club and residential community located in Carmel/Westfield, Indiana featuring a Pete Dye Championship golf course, 80,000 square foot clubhouse, along with all the amenities of a wonderful private facility.

- Purdue University – Captain and MVP Men’s Golf – 1975 and 1976
- Indiana PGA Northern Open Champion – 1982
- IGA Player of the Year (Amateur) – Runner-up - 1987
- Indiana High School Golf Hall of Fame - 1993
- IGA Indiana State Amateur Championship – Runner-up – 1997
- Established O’Neal Golf Management in 2023 with son, Colin O’Neal
- Doc is married to Carol Culp O’Neal, and they have four children and ten grandchildren
